Background
While showering at a premier gym, our customer experienced an incident where the shower door lock snapped upon opening. The lock was found to be rotten, resulting in a small cut on the customer's finger.

We gathered photographic evidence and challenged the gym regarding their maintenance practices. The gym acknowledged their failure to address the issue.
Outcome
The gym agreed to provide £1,000 in compensation, along with three months of free membership. The case was resolved in under four weeks. According to our commercial model (20% of the total value), if this had been your case, you would receive £800, with our fee being £200.
